The Bookcase Chocolate Bar Collection

The Puyallup Chocolates Anthology is a six-bar set presented as a book-style collection. Each bar features artwork on its spine. When arranged together, the six spines form a single salmon, the symbol of the Puyallup Tribe. Inside every wrapper, a printed map marks the land and water of the Puyallup Tribe, a nod to the place that inspires the artwork.

All bars are made bean-to-bar, with inclusions hand-placed, and each bar is hand-wrapped.

Classic Milk - 51%

Silky and mellow with caramel and cream notes. Smooth finish, warm and familiar.
Pairing: Pinot Noir or Aged Darjeeling.

Simply Seventy - 70%

Bold and balanced. Deep cocoa, subtle bitterness, clean finish.
Pairing: Cabernet Franc or Espresso.

Golden Toffee - 51%

Milk chocolate with house-made toffee. Light sweetness followed by an effervescent finish.
Pairing: Brut Rosé Champagne or Oolong Tea.

Whole Almonds - 70%

Dark chocolate with whole roasted almonds. Nutty crunch, softened by a slow melt.
Pairing: Tempranillo or Dark Roast Coffee.

Whole Hazelnuts - 51%

Milk chocolate with whole roasted hazelnuts. Rounded and buttery with a soft finish.
Pairing: Vin Santo or Roasted Barley Tea.

Cherry Kisses - 70%

Dark chocolate with dried cherries. Bright, juicy bursts that deepen the cacao.
